Go to Mibudera Temple to Watch Silent Kyogen Play

If you are in Kyoto now (October 8th – October 10th 2016), go to Mibudera Temple and watch the traditional theatrical play called “Kyogen”.

“Kyogen” is a comical drama, whose stories are usually based on the ordinary life of ordinary people. However, the silent Kyogen you can watch at Mibudera Temple is more Buddhism oriented, where the actors try to tell you the concept of right & wrong and karma.

Note that the entrance fee (800 yen/adult, 600 yen/high & middle school student, 400 yen/elementary school student) is required. 13:00 – 17:30.
